It wouldn't be a "Walking Dead" finale unless a major character got killed off, and in Sunday's seventh season ender, that unlucky soul turned out to be the most obvious victim. If you are watching on Amazon Video, the season finale will be available to watch on Monday.
So what will happen on the Season 7 finale of The Walking Dead? Sasha was indeed strong, and her "balls" to take one for her family may have resonated with Negan, who had no idea what was coming. With the traumatic season opener, we don't know whether we will say goodbye to one or two characters so before someone else spoils you, it is better to watch the show livestream.
When the Saviors arrived, Sasha pressed the detonator on the bomb, but nothing happened.
Martin-Green was joined by Morgan as well as Norman Reedus (Daryl) as the trio and Gimple offered the first insight into season seven as a whole. It also injected an odd bit of hope into the story as Sasha's death gave her people the edge they needed to briefly get the upper hand.
"In this handsome way, it was the first time we had ever rooted for a walker", said Martin-Green about Sasha sacrificing herself to take down a bigger threat. I think the episode is going to give fans exactly what they looking for, until it's time to throw them for a complete loop as the show always does. "Glenn made the decision, Rick, I was just following his lead".
A moment of silence, please, for Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green), who died a hero's death - and very almost took Negan with her.
Speaking about her exit on The Talking Dead, Sonequa said: "It just felt so right". The walker version of Sasha immediately lunges for Negan, taking him down to the ground and desperately trying to eat him as if she still knows who he is. The Kingdom and Hilltop come to Alexandria's rescue to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat (except for Shiva whose jaws are full of some dude's head)!
It was also apparently amusing for the actress to conclude her "Walking Dead" journey by, of course, turning into a walker.
The Walking Dead fans then see Jadis and the people from the junkyard turn their weapons on Rick and his group as the Alexandrians begin to realize they've been double-crossed.
